My eighteen years experience as a real estate appraiser is an asset to anyone buying or selling a home.

I have acquired skills in different types of residential appraisal work in various capacities in the real estate industry, which have led to my present position as owner of my own company. My appraisal experience includes single family units, relocation appraisals, foreclosures, manufactured houses, duplexes and multi family properties (up to four family).

My real estate experience began when I got my real estate sales license in the state of Arkansas in 1985. Later after moving back to my home state of Missouri, I finished my Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1991 at College of the Ozarks in Point Lookout, Missouri. In 1990 I was hired as an apprentice appraiser with an appraisal company in Branson where I was employed for two years. I have experience in several markets including Joplin, Missouri, as well as our current coverage areas of Greene, Christian, Stone, Taney, Lawrence, Polk, Dallas and Webster counties.

Being a native of the Ozarks I am very familiar with the growth and changes that have occurred in our area. I grew up in Douglas county on a farm near Ava and have lived in this area most of my life. As can be noted on my resume, I have worked for very reputable appraisal companies and have received excellent training. By attending continuing education classes on a regular basis I keep myself well informed of the most recent rules, regulations and changes in our industry.
